Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the audio equipment in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to prevent restocking fees.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
